Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, sealed items in original condition. Opened, used, or hygiene-sensitive products (such as personal care items) cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

Returned products will be inspected before approval. Refunds for approved returns will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We aim to make the return process easy and fair for all our customers.
