How to use:
-After cleansing, pour a small amount of toner onto your palms or directly onto a cotton pad
-Gently sweep the saturated cotton pad or use your hands to pat the toner evenly across your face and neck, avoiding the eye area
-Allow the toner to fully absorb for a minute before following with other skincare steps.
